Functional Resins

Polyester does not usually dissolve in solvents.We have found a way to dissolve it and turn it into an adhesive. Polyamides usually have a low heat tolerance. We have found a way to make them withstand high temperatures.

Not only do we add new functions to resins, but we also strive to add functions that have previously been impossible to add.The functional resins developed by Toyobo´s design and technology center are used for molding, adhesive and coating materials in automobile parts, parts for electronic devices and many other final applications.
